Exclusive DuraCoat powder coating helps keep the frame rust-free under the harshest conditions. Top grade 1/2" HDO plywood is machine riveted to rugged 60,000 psi rolled steel frames for smooth, flat surfaces. Long-lasting performance makes the Elite Series a better investment.

Standard 220/220 Finnish PSF (Phenolic Saturated Film)
Exceptionally smooth uniform surface virtually eliminating grain transfer
Engineered multi-ply lay-up, which provides exceptional panel flatness
Top two layers are fully wood patched, effectively eliminates veneer collapse
Offers the lowest cost per pour of any architectural panel available

Cleaner Facing, smoother Pours

EMI Elite 1/2" HDO 5-Ply premium plywood features a strong, long-lasting, smooth pouring surface that releases cleanly and resists chipping and nail breakout. Edges are sealed, resisting moisture, oil, alkali, and concrete adhesion.

Cleaner Facing, smoother Pours

1/2" Xact2form® plywood offers a two-sided 220/220 PSF finish. Manufactured from 100% birch, slow grown in the chilly Siberian forests, this wood species is chosen for its tight grain cell structure and unprecedented strength characteristics. Xact2form® is a 100% birch panel offering LONG and SHORT GRAIN face directional veneer in a multi-ply construction.

9-ply premium plywood n 1/2″ thick
220/220 Overlay – Good 2 Sides
All four edges sealed and squared
Special sizes available
Standard 220/220 Finnish PSF (Phenolic Saturated Film)
Produced in a two-step lay-up manufacturing process that gives an exceptionally smooth uniform surface, virtually eliminating grain transfer more commonly found in a one-step process
Engineered multi-ply lay-up, which provides exceptional panel flatness
Top two layers on each face are fully wood patched, effectively eliminating surface degradation after multiple reuses due to face veneer collapse
Offers the lowest cost per pour of any architectural panel available today
Used in free form, gang form or engineered frame system

With 2"x2" cross bracing every 6", the Elite Heavy Duty Form reduces pillowing and safely allows for increased rate of pour. These forms are ideal for column forming and also for larger jobs when gang forming is advantageous.
